Used it 50 years ago. Glad I found it again! – I am Scandinavian and have rather pale complexion. It covers my imperfections and is easy to apply.

max factor is well worth trying if you haven’t you will see a difference – I love max factor stick base foundation I can’t be sure of when they stopped selling it in stores but I was so upset when I couldn’t no longer find it and ever since I got hooked on it I tried to find something similar to it to take its place which I started using covergirl cream base which it’s okay just not the same I thought they discontinued the max factor altogether until recently when I decided to see if Amazon might have it cause it seems you can practically find anything and everything on Amazon so I figured let me see if Amazon might have it and they do I’m so happy they do it’s been such a long time since I’ve used it and having to settle for something else I wasn’t surprised that it is so much better than covergirl I’m fair skinned I have some freckles and trying to get makeup that will actually makes a difference is hard for me to find the right color or even find like it’s not translucent in someway thats the problem with the covergirl I tried fair and I’ve tried natural but it was like translucent like I never even put it on max factor is different it’s not translucent at all it’s just right I’m so happy that I found it again thank you

Full coverage – Very easy to spread, full coverage, you don’t need a lot to cover face. I used this back in middle school, it looked a lot different at that time, and they gave you more product as well. The smell brings back memories!! Love it. Use a good powder with it so it doesn’t get too oily.

Interesting – So…. Way back in the 60’s my mother used to use panstick all the time. This is not my mothers panstick at least not the one I got. If I use my fingers I have to let it warm up so it spreads. Tried with a brush, not great. I’m using it for concealer and that’s it. It’s also more matt than I would like. Even with moisturizer is hard to apply. Wrong color also. Good luck….

Not as good as the old Max Factor Panstick – First of all, it was delivered early and left in my mailbox (it was very hot that day) so the makeup had begun to melt and tube was partially open. Also I noticed the color seemed a LOT lighter than the ones that used to be sold here in the U.S. and quite a bit smaller. I loved the old Panstick but hadn’t been able to find it here for years, so I was so happy to find it on Amazon. But its not the same as the old one (maybe that’s due to it melting) so I was disappointed. Amazon was very nice and agreed to replace it, so I hope the new one arrives in better condition. I would advise that if ordering to get a shade darker than you normally wear. I ordered True Beige and it was as light as an ivory tone.

Please don’t stop making this stuff, Max Factor! We fair-complexioned girls need the coverage and natural skin tone match! – Great price for this hard to fnd item, and just the fair/light color I need. It is a smaller size than used to be sold regularly for less here in the States, but as it has become so hard to find locally, Amazon is now the only place I can find it consistently, and I will pay what they charge. Noticed since moving back to the US from overseas that either it is unavailable at local retailers and drugstores or that only the darkest shades can easily be found. I know in Ireland, it is easy to find, in the UK, in many European countries, too, although the packaging was slightly different in shape and the containers were slightly larger there.
