Not bad for starters – This kit has almost everything in it, although the color choices are pretty limited to who can use them. The makeup itself is all Asian brands, but they do seem to work well, especially the colored lip glosses (it stays on). I’d say for $34 this is a pretty good deal, but only if it matches your skin tones. Would be a great starter set for younger girls or teenagers that don’t need real expensive products to learn with. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it, nothing really seems “cheap” about it.

Not great quality, but good value – This kit is just about what you’d expect for the price. It’s not amazing quality, and some of the pieces were duds for me. However, for the amount of items that come in it, it’s still surprisingly a good value. The bag itself, the brushes, and the sponges are all pretty great, no complaints. The foundation and concealer were quite warm/yellow tinted and nowhere near my skin tone, so sadly those went right into the garbage. The rest of the products are on par with Wet and Wild in terms of quality – it does the job, but is obviously a budget product. My favorite item is the mascara – the wand is so tiny and creates so much definition without being clumpy, and removal is a breeze because it clumps up instead of running.

Good assortment – not best quality – There is a nice selection of products in this pack. It comes in a nice bag and includes everything for a daily beauty regime. The foundation products would work well for fair skin, the lip products are quite vibrant, and the main shadow palette has a nice selection of earthy/rosy tones. The eyeliner and brow products are black, and the mascara is subpar because of the brush. The brushes are okay, but the tip fell off one in unpackaging (it could easily be glued back on). I would say this might be a good kit for a young adult or teen, but the names of the shadows in the large eye palette are not really appropriate for a young age, in my opinion (Lust, Please Me, Or*asm and others). The quality is not great, but not sure you could buy a selection of this size for less $$.

Ok quality for kids – I purchased this set as a gift for a near tween. The bag everything comes in is a nice quality. There is a good variety of items that match the listing (though it would have been nice if they would have included blush in the selection!). Many of the items are sealed in plastic and I didn’t open them since it’s a gift, but some are hard to tell what they actually are because the box it comes packaged in isn’t labeled well. I checked out the items that weren’t sealed. As others mentioned the mascara brush looks basically unusable. The colors of the 4 color eye shadow pallet are fun and vibrant, I can’t comment on the quality because it’s sealed. The colors of the larger pallet have a nice variety, but the names of the colors aren’t appropriate for a younger audience. The lip colors are pretty dark and not sure they’re great for younger girls either, but it’s still something I think she can have fun with since she’ll just be wearing any of it at home. If you’re considering this for a younger audience I’d suggest saving some money and just buying a more appropriate selection at a discount store.
