Gift – This was a Christmas gift foe our granddaughters. They loved it. We loved watching them put on the makeup. The 5 year old needed little to no help. We are still trying to help the 2 year old-but who says she already “knows how to do it”, so I recommend a lot of baby wipes for 2 years olds using this item. Lol. Seriously it was a lot of fun watching them apply this makeup

A little banged up upon arrival but girls still love it – I bought this for my daughters who LOVE this make up set. I was disappointed the blush was broken upon arrival and the powder was blown across the lip gloss section. I assume this is hard to prevent given it’s shipped and possibly thrown around during shipping. My girls didn’t care of course. (To the manufacturer, switch the lip gloss and eye shadows so the powders don’t get into the lip gloss.) Like I said, my girls (age 3 and 5) love it, so I’m not sending it back. I don’t recommend sending it for a gift because the powders may get broken up during shipping.

Dad’s, buy this for you little princesses. They will love and respect you when they are older. – As it is for christmas, I’m sure my almost 5 year old will love it. I have no doubts she will. It’s a way to make her feel happy, pretty and get to learn makeup with out a daddy thinking she is to young or going overboard. Dad’s let your girl’s be girl’s, that’s what they do. Break down a lil and she will truly love and respect you for it. Just some advice as I have teens aswell. So if you are thinking about getting this for your little princess, do it. And moms, try to make dad break down and buy it. When a little girl, who gets her security from a father, receives something like this from him, it only grows the father daughter bond. This way when she is older there is more respect and communication. Amazing how a (twenty something dollar) toy can literally make all the difference not only for christmas but also your future relationships with your daughters.
