The securing of the package while mailing needs work – The colors are beautiful but the black eyeshadow came broken in pieces and smeared on all the other shadows in this palette . Based on the reviews I expected the powders to come broken but I was hoping for the best. No problem though, I just scooped the remaining black shadow out of the palette and placed it in a cosmetic jar.

Juvia’s Place Has Won Me Over!! – Love this palette! Purchased on a whim before a vacation (we drove). I already have a LOT of palettes, but none from Juvia. I wanted to bring a palette that had a broad range of neutrals plus a little “pop” & this palette did the trick. These are HEAVILY pigmented, so if your eyes water like mine, I recommend an eyeshadow primer that will lock it in place. I removed one contact lens after my eye was irritated and the lens was slightly tinted from the shadow (the coral shade). Luckily, I wear daily disposables. In Juvia’s defense, I’m enduring the worst hot flashes – we also live in a hot/humid area. I just need to not pack on heavily, and as I said before use a good eyeshadow primer. Elf and Nyx both make great inexpensive ones. I’ve been using only this palette since I recv’d – which was packed extremely well – I think my other palettes are getting jealous!
