Still trying to get the hang of it – I’m very new to ujsig ay form of liquid color o my eyebrows, so this is goig to take some getting use to. It was a little overwhelming at first but by the 3rd try I think I got it. I let oe layer dry the apllied aother and set with a red powder eyeshadow. I like that it includes a shaper and brush for a clea sharp look.

Not truly waterproof – Limited color pay off. Takes a few minutes to complete drying down. I use maybeline liquid lipstick on them in purple and it lasts for days. This is not waterproof at all.
