Messy – Even though I love the Stone Fox color a lot, it can be super messy. Even after wearing it for a while, it’ll smudge on my teeth. It also has a strange, paint-like smell. That being said, I really love the color of stone fox a lot. It’s a bluish gray. It seemed to look blue when I was wearing more blue and in bright lighting, and looked more gray when I did a more gray/black makeup look and wasn’t in as bright of lighting. It feels thin and not heavy, but the pigment is good. It also doesn’t make my lips feel dry and gross. You can see in my pictures how it looked more blue. Unfortunately I don’t have a good picture of wearing it with a gray, but you can kind of see in in the last picture how it can look darker.

My go-to – I wear black or grey lipstick almost everyday, so I like longer lasting and cheap. Great value for the cost here. It stays through a meal and constant hydration for about 3-4 hours for me, then I lick my lips and firmly wipe off with toilet paper. Then I reapply for the next few hours of wear. If you have realistic expectations, you’ll probably love it. It’s also nice that one application is enough to make it opaque, some black lipsticks require 2-3.

Nyx Liquid Suede “Stone Fox” sold at a great price and shipped quickly – I’m extremely torn leaving this review. The product, Nyx Liquid Suede “Stone Fox” sold at a great price and shipped quickly. It is an absolutely gorgeous color, grey at first with some blue behind it when it dries so it’s a color nearly everyone can wear, in my opinion. It can also be made metallic by brushing a little light colored glitter on your lip on top of the product and blending a bit. I’ve worn it 4-5 times since it arrived and have mixed reviews on it. FIRST I must mention I love Nyx products and have more of this product, in other colors. Those colors were bought directly from the Nyx website.
