Not for small or hooded eyes – As other reviews say, the brush is quite big. The formula is also very dry. This is comparable to the Better Than Sex formula, however this does not flake like BTS does (on me, personally). I have larger eyes and naturally longer than average lashes. This mascara works very well for me as it is buildable and the large brush makes it easy to apply. I took away a star because it is very difficult to remove… Micellar water does not do it and my other oil based makeup removers do not get it all off either. I have been using Vaseline and letting it soak in for at least 10 minutes before I attempt to wipe it off. Which you can imagine is quite annoying if you wear mascara daily.

Best Waterproof Mascara – I find this mascara the best waterproof I have ever used. It doesn’t clump my lashes and it doesn’t run when my eyes are watering due to my allergies. I have paid more for mascara that does not work as well as this Neutrogena one does.

It is what it says it is!! – Right now I’m dealing with seasonal allergies and my eyes are taking a hit. This Mascara is what it says it is. It works for my sensitivity, It is not thick and does not flake off!! You will have to apply several coats to get the look you’re wanting. Overall, I like this mascara and will be ordering it again.

Not Much Product – This product contains a rather large brush that can be difficult to manage without getting product where you don’t want it. And speaking of the product, it doesn’t appear as though there was a lot of mascara in the tube at all. Had the brush not changed color when I first put it in the tube, I would’ve thought they sent me an empty tube of mascara.

THIS IS THE REAL DEAL – Hands down BEST mascara I have found yet. I’ve never bought expensive brands, I’ve used the Cover Girl Clump Crusher for as long as I can remember. So I can’t compare this mascara to better mascaras than that… but this mascara is BULLET PROOF! I’ve rubbed my eyes, gotten through intense workout sessions and even slept with it on my lashes (due to it being so difficult to remove) and I didn’t have any smudging or raccoon effect.

I purchased brown-black and it looks very natural, I have white hair and blonde eyelashes & brows. Now, getting off, is another story. I have used Neutrogena face wipes for years, but I feel like I am almost ‘scrubbing’ the mascara off and sometimes use coconut oil to help solublize and get clean eyelashes. However, this will not stop my from using, but it is of note. I like the mascara, just wish is was a little easier to remove.
