Easy to mold, impossible to keep shape – I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I have no problem getting it to stick to skin. I barely have to use vaseline. Easy enough to shape, but I just don’t understand why it has to stay so wet and tacky. Is it just supposed to stay like that all day?

Keeps lipstick from feathering but I’m allergic – This wax is great for lip lining in order to keep lipstick from feathering all day, but I developed an allergy to the product. It made my lips burn, swell and then chafe. If you’re not allergic to any cosmetics (I have some contact allergies related to certain brands), then this would work for you. As for application, the product is very, very hard. It’s wax, after all. You need a fine, sturdy brush to apply it. If you’re using it for theatre makeup, you’re probably using clumps of it.

Keeps lipstick from feathering but I’m allergic – This wax is great for lip lining in order to keep lipstick from feathering all day, but I developed an allergy to the product. It made my lips burn, swell and then chafe. If you’re not allergic to any cosmetics (I have some contact allergies related to certain brands), then this would work for you. As for application, the product is very, very hard. It’s wax, after all. You need a fine, sturdy brush to apply it. If you’re using it for theatre makeup, you’re probably using clumps of it.

Good alternative for silicone/latex prosthetic – I used synwax for a facial prosthetic for a recent costume (I attended NYCC 2013 and cosplayed as Irisa from the show/game Defiance; she is an alien with a very wide and flattened bridge of her nose) since I did not have the time to cast my face and make a custom silicone prosthetic. I ordered it on a Friday afternoon and had it at my house by the following Monday or Tuesday (and had great communication with the seller).

Will absolutely is a million more times! – Pics- just after applying, after the 12hr workday(when i took off the ears and beard thingy), and after I washed it off with dawn&water&micellar water.

Not very much in the container – I didn’t anticipate how little would be in the container vs how much I’d need. I used the whole container for 1 application. It’s my fault that I didn’t estimate properly, not theirs but yeah. Make sure you get plenty because, if you mess up, you might run out and have your costume ruined.
