Packaging is annoying – The only thing that keeps me from giving this 5 stars is the annoying packaging. It is constructed so that you cannot remove the part that has the holes in it (that the mineral powder comes through). As a result, you can’t get to what I consider to be a significant amount of powder that is still left in the base after you have used most of the bottle. I always feel like I’m being forced to throw some out with every bottle. I can’t imagine why they don’t make this part removable. I’m not into conspiracies, but it seems like a way to make you purchase more sooner! That said, I have never found another mineral powder that offers such remarkable coverage with just a light application that lasts all day. I’m prone to really blotchy skin, and red spots always show through other products. I even have a little blue vein near my mouth that becomes invisible when I apply this powder. And I use it very, very lightly. So, they have me trapped!

Love This Powder Foundation – My first try of L’Oreal Paris True Match Mineral Loose Powder Foundation and it didn’t disappoint me. I used an app to match the foundation color so it is a good match. It is easy to apply, forgiving, and can be build up. This foundation is good for everyday use for a natural finish and travel.

Used to tint zinc sunscreen – I bought this product to tint my zinc oxide sunscreen. It worked great! I put the normal amount of sunscreen I would put on my face and neck in the palm out of my hand, added 1/32 t. of this product in the color classic tan, and since my skin is a little dry I added two drops of a non-comedogenic oil, mixed it all together and applied it. My face was a little shiny but nothing that a light dusting of powder didn’t fix. I loved the finish after that! No more ghostly white face using zinc oxide sunscreen 🙂
