Pretty blush with terrible packaging – I had been using the original L’Oreal True Match line (liquid foundation, concealer, blush, and powder) on an almost daily basis for several years. Over the past few years, I was considering switching to a mineral makeup line but I was worried about finding the right shades and whether it would last as long. Price was an issue, as well. I finally took the plunge and have been pleasantly surprised.

Quality so, so – I only got this for the price to try out. I am in my Golden years but still like to look nice. I thought I would try this powder for the light weight of it. I guess I don’t know how to put it on right. I do not like the brush that it comes with so I tried one of my brushes and it worked a little better.

Love True Match Mineral blush! – I’m worried L’oreal is discontinuing this product because it’s getting harder and harder to find. L’oreal…please don’t discontinue this blush. I’ve probably been using Pinched Pink mixed with Sugar Plum for over 10 years. I love the packaging with it’s own brush. great size to travel with as well. So as for colors, I didn’t find one color to be perfect for me so trial and error lo these many years ago, I found mixing Pinched Pink 486 with Sugar Plum 490 to be the best combo for me with Pinched Pink being the primary color and just a little Sugar Plum added for a stronger color. Here’s what’s great about mixing. If your own coloring changes, for example, if use use a self tanner or you’re out in the sun and have a light tan or deep tan, you can add more color to keep up with your own deepening tan. The way I use it is since Pinched pink is my main color, I add a little of 490 to mix in the pink container which I used daily till the well of blush is gone, then add more. I sprinkle a little of the mixed blush on a small mirror and dip the brush into the blush and use lightly or add more if necessary and then blend in with a dry makeup sponge. voila!

cost effective, quick face fix – Better than foundation, used with the basic cover, this is great! Doesn’t sink into wrinkles just smoothes things out and adds a bit of color.

Great! – I really like this product. I am a person that has always believed that too much make up looks fake and thus I wear little to no make up (I only wear my eyeliner and concealer). But there are days when I need some kind of color to my face because as a student I have to pull all nighters and that does horrible things to my complexion because I look very pale and the rings under my eyes become very pronounced. I usually only wore the concealer and the eyeliner but I would look kind of sickly because of how pale I’d look.
