Never fails – I have sensitive skin and live by waterproof mascara. This is so gentle and takes zero effort. I wet a silk pad and hold over my lashes for about 30 seconds, a few gentle rubs and mascara is gone. No lash loss, no irritation, no foggy feeling in eyes. I will never not buy this for eye makeup -and long wear lipstick- removal!

Not good for contact lense wearers – The oiliness of the makeup remover is not appropriate for sensitive eyes, or contact lense wearers. It leaves a residue that then gets on the lashes, and impairs the lenses. I won’t buy this one again. The one in the dark sapphire blue bottle, that is not for waterproof eye makeup is fantastic. I made a mistake buying this one.

Will burn your eyes nothing special – I was looking for natural eye make up removal, gentle , less eye irritating. But it feels just like the other drug store brands but more expensive!

I don’t get it – I read that this product was good (as in, better than your average eye makeup remover) for removing waterproof mascara…and it’s maybe about 5% better. You have to SOAK a cotton pad or cotton ball in this stuff, press it over your eyes for quite awhile, then swipe, wipe with a clean cotton pad or kleenex or whatever and repeat the process at least 5x for each eye. By the time you’re done with that, you will have used half of this very tiny and expensive bottle and it will take about 10 minutes to fully remove.
