Two thumbs up! – Worked wonderfully for my Halloween makeup! I needed something to use as a base for blending the different powder colors for my flamingo makeup. This was thicker than the cheapo Halloween makeup you always mistakenly grab at Target so it went on smooth and had way better coverage. I will say it did not dry and stayed a bit tacky. Or maybe I didn’t give it time to dry. But using the powder on top locked it right into place. I was even able to place adhesive jewels on top of it. They did start to peel after about 4 hours but it was the end of the night anyway so it didn’t matter. Also, I won the costume contest so there’s that. 😉 It also came off very easily. Overall great product and worked out flawlessly!
