Favorite Foundation – This foundation is very silky and light and goes on smoothly. It also covers very well and stays on all day. I have some fairly deep wrinkles however once it settles I am able to use a light foundation sponge to go over those areas once more and they stay even for the rest of the day. I can only imagine how pretty this must be on younger and smoother skin.

Jaundice Yellow – I gave it a 3 because the texture and blend ability are good. However, color wise it is very yellow as another reviewer pointed out which is unfortunate. Typically pigments labeled as natural are more neutral in tone, this isn’t that.

For Acne-Prone Skin – I’ve been on the prowl for a good foundation that wouldn’t break me out. Having heard/read that mineral makeup is healthier for the skin, I tried some of the powder versions that are out there (Bare Minerals, etc), but A) powder just doesn’t seem to last through the day and B) the coverage is lacking. Wanting something healthy doesn’t equate to wanting my trouble areas on display to the world.

After dotting a small amount on my face, I tap a little water on my fingertips and use my fingers to apply and blend— no sponges or brushes. The biggest Derm practice in town sells this brand and is what they suggest to their patients who want to use foundation. Does not make my face itch either.
