Hard to pick color – Decent foundation for the price, but it’s darker than it appeared to be in the pic. Picking foundation online is hard, and this product line isn’t available in stores so it’s hard to match.

Good face powder under blush/bronzer – I mostly use this to set my liquid face foundation in place before blush/bronzer and it works good. It makes your skin look blurred and takes away some shine, but doesn’t make u look too matte, I have pitted acne scars and this doesn’t accentuate those like some powders can. It’s like a finely milled pressed powder and doesn’t make a mess like loose setting powders always seem to do for me. Good for traveling. As for the color, which I got in porcelain, it seems to match my skin tone pretty well even tho Im not in the porcelain shade range. My skin tone is on the warmer side, like 220 range, beige, natural buff, in most foundations.

No padded envelope. No safety seal. – Received two completely broken compacts with no safety seal on them or anything. Disgusting. Love the product. It’s the only powder I’ll use but shipping it in a barely padded envelope… what’d you think was going to happen…? They’re sending out replacements now but if they arrive defective and opened again, I’ll just have to buy directly from the product’s website. Never had a defective order from Amazon so this is new to me. From my experience so far, I would not recommend this particular product. I’ll update once I receive the replacement.

Love This Powder!! – I’ve used Merle Norman loose translucent powder for more than 30 years but I was determined to find a less expensive alternative and this Flower Beauty powder is perfect for me! I am so impressed with how flawless it makes my skin look and it really does soften larger pores. Lasts all day too. I simply can’t find a thing wrong with it and have ordered the liquid foundation in hopes I can also replace the much more expensive brand I’ve been using.
