Not as pictured – Was very disappointed when I opened this set! The colors looked so bright and vibrant online. In person they are very dull. More pastel then the neon they claim to be. I returned the set because I was looking for neon.

Some colors have more pigment than others – This is my go to for certain colors or just for work or a nice CALM night out.. as you can see I love the greens in this pallet. I would truly say this product flows back and forth from 3.5 stars to 4 for me because some colors show better than others. For example I don’t like the pigment of the yellows for my skin because they don’t show as well as the darker colors. I wish I would have taken a pic of the yellows I tried yesterday. Also, the wear time is pushing it a bit compared to my other products… which is why I said good for a calm nights because if you plan on sweating… maybe you shouldn’t wear this shadow because it wipes away super easy. As far as blending I don’t really have any problems. The red in this photo on my lips is actually from the palette I used as a lipstick. I think I like it better on my lips than eyes honestly I’m always putting the different colors on my lips. As far as value for money … ummm I guess you get what you pay for. But it’s not a bad product just wish some of the color pigments were better mainly.

The Neon palette is not neon – I have to wonder if the seller enhanced the color saturation of their photos. See my photo — the top palette is the “neon” photo shown on this listing, the bottom palette is the actual product I received (photographed in good lighting conditions). As you can see, the colors are regular colors & pastels. Not neon. For $10, it’s probably a fine eyeshadow kit, but I was hoping for bright bold neon colors, not the same old colors everyone already has in a basic eyeshadow kit.
