No sparkle! – No sparkle, good color. Goes on very dry. Doesn’t last like described. Tube seems somewhat empty.

Bright color that NEVER comes off, ever! – Bright color that never comes off! I really mean never, you need to use oil based make up remover to get rid of it. It feels a little bit dry on the lips, maybe a lip balm would help. On the plus side you can eat and drink all you want with it. It starts to dry after the first swipe and if you try to layer on more it pulls at the first layer so I think the trick is to load up the applicator as much as possible and try to get full, opaque coverage on the first application. Color is a beautiful blue, as advertised.

Bright color that NEVER comes off, ever! – Bright color that never comes off! I really mean never, you need to use oil based make up remover to get rid of it.
