Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover – I’m impressed with Dr. Hauschka Eye Make-Up Remover’s 100% certified natural ingredient list. To me, it’s worth the extra money to avoid using chemicals on my face.

Works Well! – I wear quite a bit of eye makeup, and sometimes, it can take several attempts to remove all of it. I am thankful for this product, as it makes the process so much easier! I am careful to shake this bottle to ensure that the ingredients are mixed, then use a cotton ball to remove all of my eye makeup. The remover works quickly and also moisturizes my eye area without leaving it too oily. I don’t even wash it off afterwards, I just add moisturizer on top of it after my makeup is removed, and my eye area looks and feels hydrated and clean. It’s convenient and effective!

One of the Few Naturally-Derived Makeup Removers That Works – Because of my sensitivity to many chemicals, I’ve moved toward natural and naturally-derived cosmetics. I’m always eager to try a new kind so I jumped on this Dr. Hauschka version. I’m pleased that this eye makeup remover works better than other brands I’ve tried. Yes, it requires several passes for complete removal, but at least it starts to remove eye makeup right away. I attribute its effectiveness primarily to oils (“like dissolves like”) and alcohol. Although the instructions don’t say that you need to rinse it off, I do anyway by washing my face afterward.

Great cleaner alternative! – I have used a lot of different types of eye makeup removers over the years. This is a dual phase remover that you shake up before use. It does remover regular mascara, eyeshadow, and liner well, but doesn’t tackle waterproof mascara very well. It doesn’t make my sensitive eyes sting or itch, which is a win. Overall, it’s a good product, but since it doesn’t have artificial preservatives, the shelf life isn’t very long. I wouldn’t use this past 8 months after opening, especially because it has mostly essential oils and natural botanicals as it’s fragrence source.

Nice – I don’t wear waterproof mascara but still need a good remover. This requires you to shake it before applying it to a cotton round. It dispenses just the right amount of product. Has a light lemon scent which I like, and it’s from essential oil vs “fragrance” which is awesome. I do need to work a bit harder to remove all my eye makeup which is why I deducted a star. Also, it can make your vision cloudy and sting if you get it in your eye. Otherwise, if you’re careful, this is a nice eye makeup remover.
