It works pretty good as a primer, but still allows settling into fine lines. – This comes in a very nice and fancy container. You can tell that it is high end. It has a little scoop that scoops out the perfect amount of product so that you don’t put your fingers into the container. The cream is very smooth and feels like it has silicone in it. It reminds me of several other primers I have tried. The reason I gave fou stars instead of five is that it still allowed settling of my make up in the fine lines under my eyes. However, I’ve never been able to find a primer that doesn’t allow that.

Good for my early 40s skin – This is advertised as a wrinkle smoothing primer so I will address that first. I am in my early 40s so my wrinkles are mostly fine lines around my eyes. I also have large pores on my cheeks. I have tried lots of primers, blurring products, etc to address both of these issues. This primer performs really well and is now among my favorite smoothing/blurring products. It feels silky going on and helps makeup to settle less into lines and pores. The glass container is pretty and this looks and feels like a luxury product. The only thing I don’t like about this product is that it comes in a pot. Yes, it includes a scoop so you aren’t putting your fingers in it, but I still prefer a pump or squeeze tube whenever possible to keep the product fresh and uncontaminated. Still, I really like this primer and it wears nicely over moisturizer and under makeup. Would re-order!

Bye Bye Fine Lines – For context, I’m 53 and have good elasticity for my age, but the fine lines around my eyes are growing longer and starting to multiply 🙂 My skin was always normal but now it’s getting a little drier as time marches on. A few red blotchy patches are appearing as well so I started covering them with full coverage foundation, followed by medium coverage all over. I don’t know if it’s what I’m using, or if I’m using too much, but it seems to settle in those fine lines. Then I saw this and thought I’d give it a whirl.

Great Smoothing Primer, Use a Very Small Amount! – I like silicone based primers, they play well with my oily skin. I am in my mid 30’s with some fine line concerns around the eye and lip areas, I also have larger pores and some old acne scarring on the sides of my face.

Pretty nice primer – wish it was more moisturizing – This primer has a nice texture and blurs my pores pretty well. I wish it was a little more moisturizing because while there were no crusty dry patches, there were spots that just looked dry-ish. I would think for a primer geared towards older skin, it would do a better job with that. However, it gripped my foundation and kept it on through dance class where I was sweating. My foundation did not budge… but I have cheaper primers that do the same job so I’m knocking off a star.
