Worked Great, SO realistic! – So happy with how this turned out! Well worth the price, highly recommend! The scar wax isn’t super easy to work with but be patient and just play with it a bit. I used a little bit of eye lash glue under the scar wax to hold it in place. You really need some type of adhesive to keep it down. It was very easy to remove with a make up wipe and it did not stain my skin red.

Too Dark – Even though I picked the lightest flesh tone available, it still dried VERY dark. Usually the latex I get from Walmart or party city turns more of a yellow shade when dry so this was obviously a shock. It was more brown on my skin and I’m already really light to begin with. I’m sure to colour correct it you could have a liquid foundation but even so, I doubt my skin shade would cover it- that’s how dark it was.

You need spirit gum, but it’s perfect otherwise – This was my first time using this stuff, but I’ve seen people use it in enough videos to know there was one thing missing from this kit, and that’s spirit gum. Without it, the scar wax isn’t going to stick. This kit was otherwise awesome to use, especially the blood. It really helped pull it all together! Giving it 4 stars because it is kind of an incomplete kit without that spirit gum. For that I got Mehron’s spirit gum.

Truly dries clear, low odor, high quality – I’ve used many brands of liquid latex. This one is superior to most of them. It will dry very clear, half the curing time as most brands, very low ammonia odor, thinner consistency for more even layers. The photo shows the Bobisuka on the left and your typical brand, on the right. I used it to make fake skin appliances but I would have no issue using this directly on my skin. I saved it for more delicate applications. This is worth the money.
